Pilot Chemical Company appointed Pamela R. Butcher as president and chief operating officer. Reporting to the chairman and CEO Paul Morrisroe, she has responsibility for the supervision and direction of all functions and operations in Pilot. Butcher comes to Pilot after a 29-year career with The Dow Chemical Company, where she held a range of executive leadership positions....
